This would be ideal to have as a setting within additional contacts, but even the option to press the + sign on whatever additional contacts you want to CC when sending I guess would be a good enough temporary band-aid.

Commercial clients have multiple contacts. We can not be expected to copy and paste and CC all documentation to 3 or 4 people per 20+ clients every week.

this is a Feature Request - Client info has fields for billing emails, commercial clients generally have 1 contact for estimates and throughout the job, at the end when the invoice is sent we have to manually change this to the billing email. There needs to be a feature to send all invoices for that client to the billing email only, like a default.

Several of our commercial clients have a separate email for billing proposes. This is in addition to the personal email address for the contact. Please add billing email field for billing address

We need the ability to send invoices automatically to multiple contacts within one client/parent client. For example: John Doe is the subcontractor of Contracting LLC. John has his own email address John@ContractingLLC.com , and needs a copy of the invoice and Contracting LLC needs a copy sent to them at Invoice@ContractingLLC.com There's a great need to be able to streamline a client's payment process uniquely from all clients within the parent client.

Please expedite this feature. This is a nightmare and and kind of a deal breaker for techs working in the field and needing to use the iPhone app.

That is different than contact info for job. We service builders and property managers who are frustrated that we do not have this capability. Auto invoice reminders should be able to go to a specified billing email address.

We do commercial work and the email for invoicing is different from the person who books the job. I wish there was a way to assign an invoicing email so the confirmation and reminders can go to one email and the financial emails can go to another.

I was wondering if you can add a second email line on the Client Information Page under the contact information. We have several clients that would like the invoices sent to 2 different emails and even though I put the information in the notes, it is hard to remember when I invoice the client since the notes don't show in the invoicing section. It would be nice to have the additional email address/es automatically be included on the invoice section when we create an invoice.

We would like to have a field for a billing email address that invoices can be sent to automatically instead of the main email for the job.
