Feature Requests

We offer recurring alarm monitoring services to our clients, there is no service visit associated with these subscriptions. I would love to bring in these subscriptions into Workiz. As or right now that's not something we can do.

It would be great to allow the techs to convert a maintenance plan visit into a job as these are usually sold on site for us. This way the visit would be accounted for immediately. If this is already in the settings instructions on getting this active would be greatly appreciated.

Add service plans to estimates and invoices as options. I would love to always put a service plan as an option on all my invoices.

If I sign up a client for a service plan, I’d like the ability to schedule the first visit immediately on the spot and perform the service right then.
