Workiz users are being charged for messages we didn’t send, didn’t approve, and can’t control.
  • Voicemails auto-convert to texts and count against our usage.
  • Payment notifications arrive as texts with no way to disable them.
  • Long texts are split into multiple segments—each billed separately.
  • Spam texts from random numbers flood our inboxes, and blocking them one-by-one doesn’t work.
These issues aren’t just annoying they cost real money and create confusion for our teams and customers.
We need:
-Toggle switches for system-generated messages (voicemail-to-text, payment alerts, etc.)
  • Message length visibility or auto-truncation to avoid multi-message charges
  • Spam filtering tools or opt-in screening to reduce junk traffic
