Agreed, no one can ever hear me, calls get dropped all the time and the reporting for call tracking needs an upgrade as well. I think I may drop the service if it doesn't get better.

I have to use a 3rd party service for my tech to make calls in the field. Plus I'm also paying for Workiz phone. Workiz phone simply doesn't work in the field. I believe they are aware of the problem but not sure if anything is in the works to get this fixed.

I was talking to my Workiz account manager, and she said, wow this line is terrible! I said exactly, imagine you were a client, this is my Workiz line.
I say it all the time, and I don’t think it hit home - put yourself in the users shoes.
