We would like to request a feature enhancement to be able to combine estimates into one job. Sometimes clients request 2 estimates for 2 areas but they want to approve both.

Did y’all make any recent changes to this feature? I’ve noticed that once a client approves and signs the first estimate, they’re unable to sign any additional ones — and signatures are mandatory on all estimates. I’ve also run into situations where the system switches previously approved estimates to “Denied” after multiple estimates are approved.

You can mark as many estimates as you want as Won, and you can sync multiple estimates to the same job, including having two won estimates associated and synced with a single job.

Boaz Schonherz I do not believe that is true. When you make two estimates for one lead, the system will not allow both to be accepted. It’s one or the other.

You can still convert multiple lead estimates into a job, and all of them will be automatically marked as Won
