I would also add to this that it would be helpful to see what job an agent is currently accessing, as currently it is quite easy for two agents to be working on the same job and submit updates on top of each other without noticing. The only way to know is AFTER an update has been made, and you would need to KNOW so you can refresh the page to see the updates.

Hi Brandon,
I am glad to inform you that within the next 2 weeks we will have a new feature 'Call center management' that will allow you to see for web dialer (Computer only) what employees are available for calls, on calls and with whom. In addition you will be able to listen in, whisper in (Only Dispatcher will hear you), Join the call... In a future phase your dispatchers will be able to inform you they need help on a call as well (Raise hand).
