Users should be fluid. If I have to fire an employee, I shouldn't have to continue to pay for him till my contract renews (when I have to pay for extra users).

Congruent users should be the norm, even if you want to make it two different users cases. I should be able to buy 4 Congruent licenses and 2 individual licenses. I could have 40 users but if I only have 4 different users logged in and those 2 users that have their own license logged in its fine. The 5 user tries to login that is when you should need more user licenses. The strain on the system doesn't change.

You should not have to pay for employee due to them not doing their job or not showing up you should not be under a contract with employees I have never heard of anything like this before.

Mice Hunters Inc. I think you misunderstood. This has to do with technicians on the app. I have to pay extra per month for extra users (technicians) and I have to keep paying till my contract with Workiz renews.
