Use barcode or QR code systems for inventory tracking

My old system allowed for barcodes for items, this is necessary! We should be able to scan in a UPC or enter a number of our choosing to make our own. Same for entering serial numbers etc.

Barcode and more flexibility

I would like to have an ability to create my own customized list of items based categories and sub categories. As well as being able to create custom fields in my lists of items. To have a catalog of items with pictures and prices would be very useful for us as well. ServiceFusion has a great inventory management platform with lots of flexibility to create what fits your company needs

Barcode Scanner integration & mobile inventory app

I just bought a mobile bar code scanner so I can track my inventory by serial number; however all I can access on the device is your desktop version of the inventory as your mobile app does not have inventory access. This is extremely inefficient and results in several steps to update inventory. .there should be a Workiz Inventory Tracking App that is user friendly so I can quickly update inventory with a scanner.

Barcode Scanning On inventory

Another client has requested barcode scanning. It would be way easier as they have thousands of parts

Wants Bar Code scanning on inventory

I have a potential client who has a ton of items and having bar code scanning would save him a ton of time

We would like that function too.

I totally agree with this. I really wish I had a way scan barcodes on items when I pull them from my inventory and then return them to my inventory when the customer is finished with them. The barcode could be attached to my dumpsters.
