Urgent: Full Data Backup Needed for Bay Master Appliance Services

Subject: Solution Needed: Complete Account Data Backup – Bay Master Appliance Services
Hi Workiz Support,
We're Bay Master Appliance Services (BMAS), and we need a COMPLETE BACKUP of our entire Workiz account, all at once, with everything included.
THIS IS OUR BUSINESS DATA, AND WE NEED WORKIZ TO PROVIDE A SOLUTION FOR GETTING A FULL COPY OF IT.
We have about 60,000 jobs and 6,000 clients, so exporting everything piece by piece is not a workable option for us. The backup must include ALL of the following:
- Clients (all contact info and ALL client notes)
- Jobs (full job history and ALL job notes)
- ALL activities (the complete activity log for every job and client)
- Estimates and invoices
- Payments
- Leads
- ALL attachments (photos, documents, and files)
Preferred format:
- Data in CSV or Excel files
- Attachments as original files, organized in folders by job number
- Delivered through a download link
Please reply with:
- The solution you will provide for this complete backup
- The timeline for delivery
- Any cost involved

We should be able to extract and analyze our data using the tools we want to use. The Workiz Genius tools are hot garbage! Workiz is too expensive to be holding our data hostage

Seconded! We don't have custom reporting, and standard reporting does not provide everything that should be included. A simple Dev-task or one click "export" button should be provided. We are being prevented from extracting our own data without it being a challenge,
