checkbox for "Email Client a Receipt"

Could you please make it so that the checkbox for "Email Client a Receipt" is not selected by default? Sometimes we transfer payments from one job to another and don’t always remember to uncheck it manually, which results in clients receiving unnecessary receipts via email. This is quite inconvenient.

Automatic Receipts

I would like to have the option to turn automatic receipts off for certain clients. Some of our properties use Avid Pay to pay their invoices. The invoices are sent to a particular email address and then Avid sorts them and pulls data from the invoice for the user. The receipts are also being sent to the same email address and go through the same process. These clients are being charged for the receipts like they would for an invoice. If we could turn off automatic receipts, then there wouldn't be an issue.

we want to have a one section on workiz software, where we can permanently uncheck the "Email Client a receipt" option to all their clients.

I agree! This has caused more confusion!

Uncheck "Email Client a receipt" box by default

This checkbox should be unchecked by default. Not everyone needs a receipt and actually causes confusion and mistakes to happen as a result.
The software should not make decisions FOR us. Just provide the option to make them for ourselves. It's tedious and difficult to remember each time to uncheck that box, and it results in the customer receiving multiple unnecessary emails.

Seriously... This option needs to be editable in settings. SO frustrating.
