some tech's turn leads into job by mistake there should be a way of switching back

This has been requested for years... they just don't want to do this. They fundamentally disagree with it or something like that.

We also have jobs that change their mind after booking. Since tasks cannot be setup on cancelled jobs, it would be helpful to turn that back into a lead for future follow-up.
