We need the ability for a customer clicking the appointment or job confirmation link to trigger automations inside Workiz.

Right now, when a customer confirms through the confirmation link, there should be an option for Workiz to automatically update the record instead of us having to do it manually.

Requested automation options:

Change lead or job status automatically

Add or remove tags automatically

Update booking status automatically

Trigger internal notifications to the team

Trigger follow-up automations based on the confirmation

Example use case:

If a customer clicks the confirm link for a scheduled appointment, Workiz should be able to automatically:

change the status to Appointment Confirmed

add a Confirmed tag

remove any Pending Confirmation tag

notify the assigned user or office team
