I would think that read and unread should be unique to your user profile so if my office admin has read a message but I have not - it should be unread in my profile but read in hers.

Yes! Our field technicians sometimes click on a message so it looks read and then the office misses it. We need the ability for the techs to return a text to the unread status.

This should be a high priority in my opinion. I am afraid to look at messages or voice-mail on mobile for fear that my office coordinator will overlook it if I'm not able to address the issue right away.
