With the way our team's time off requests come through they easily get lost in all of our messages. We need to adjust the method we're notified (email and text) and who will be notified.

Yess!!!! We need way better visibility on this.

Agree! I had a technician put a request off in and I didn't see it. I had to go into the app and scroll to the bottom of the day to find it. The only reason I even looked for it was because I scheduled an appointment for a technician on a day he "requested" off in the system. It doesn't make sense as a feature if it is not easily visible to office scheduling staff on their computer.
