Allow for us to close the company, and have all online scheduling shut down for the closed days. It is a huge pain to go through and modify the online schedule everytime we we close for the holidays. We either have to turn off scheduling completely, and sometimes we forget to turn it back on, or make a series of service calls to burn the available slots

I’ve been using your system to schedule jobs for my business, and I’ve encountered an issue that’s causing significant inconvenience. When I mark time off for a technician, it only appears on the Timeline Week view, but not on the Day, Week, or Month schedules. This makes it extremely difficult for my dispatcher to see when a technician is unavailable. As a result, jobs are sometimes booked for technicians who aren’t even working. This inconsistency is frustrating and doesn’t make sense. It would be much more efficient if time-off entries were visible across all scheduling views. I hope this can be addressed soon.

There was an issue in the online booking where selecting 'Set number of jobs per slot' allowed customers to schedule jobs in unavailable time slots, even when the entire business was closed. This issue has now been resolved. When the business is marked as closed, all time slots are correctly marked as unavailable for bookings.
