The App does not work

The app has lost all stability and my staff in the field have been left with no ability to get their work done while they are out. The app spins or just does not open. They have had to log on using the browser, which they are not familiar with. This has been happening for well over a week and there has been no resolution. Please advise.

Just updating that the android related issue was resolved.

We have similarly experienced a lot of issues with the app - not opening, closing when we click images, etc. Workiz Support said they were aware of the issue that had wide impacts and were working on it.
Not super helpful when the app is unusable though.

Unfortunate... this seems to be a problem for you individually as me and my team have not run into this issue.
