The ability to have the call flow automatically identify the caller via number, check if there is a scheduled job with that attached number, and automatically dial the assigned technician.

We have two technicians that operate in separate geographic locations. I want the customer to be presented with a menu that asks if they have a scheduled appointment and if they need to speak with their assigned technician. The call flow would the automatically check the jobs list with the same phone number attached and automatically dial their assigned technician. That way they are not directed to one of the guys working in our office where we would then have to communicate their information to the assigned tech or us having to give them our technicians' cell phone numbers. This would save time for the office workers and the customers as well.
