The ability to filter text messages that we have not been responded to (the last message was an incoming message from client and no outgoing message from us was sent yet).

This way no clients are missed and left without a response from us.

This should be for all messages whether they have been read or not. Sometimes a client's text message is read but not responded to and gets missed. We want to avoid that and believe it's a valuable feature for all Workiz users.
