Techs Need to See Client and Job History

Tech need to be able to see the full job and client history, along with the ability to text client on assigned jobs. Right now, to do this, you have to all techs to see all jobs by other users (good) but to message, then they see all the messages from all users too (bad). So so messy, there has to be a better solution. Please, look at this as the end user.
