THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL! In the sales demos I was told that there are features in place to avoid accidentally booking jobs for techs on their days off. But now (AFTER signing the expensive contract) I am told by tech support that there is no way to do this? Hard to believe , tbh. I would assume that EVERY business needs to know what days their employees are scheduled and available for work. I would assume that most companies have employees who work the same schedule week-to-week. VERY DISAPPOINTING. This feature was suggested in 2022 - it is now 2025.

Yes Rafi, SoHo Landscape (Tampa, FL) agrees with your suggestion. Our team leaders need to know what resources they have when working on each property. Our man hours are based upon a 3 man team, so if one person is missing, the workflow backs up.
