These CRM’s are loaded with data. But it’s to hard to get the data needed from the software. Currently having to manually input into a Google sheet. To get clean numbers. I created a Google sheet in 20 minutes that can generate me a full report on service calls ran, tech who ran them, progress status, date, job #, paid status, total revenue, uncollected revenue, avg ticket, job ran to completed % per tech and company wide. Workiz has all of this data already. If i have two techs or a lead and a helper on a call it can’t figure out who the lead would be for this call and now creates its own report for those two employees. Report needs to be clean and easy to find and be customizable which is my growing issue with Workiz. I don’t know why we don’t have access to edit adjust the software to our needs more especially considering Workiz is more of a learn it yourself software. Highly unlikely i continue this software after September without more flexibility being added. We spend 10k a year for this software to be “almost there” and it seems the only consistent updated is everything AI related.
