A default option for this would be so helpful. Too often techs adding new items under an estimate do not remember to select this box, so taxes are not charged correctly and our estimates are approved for the incorrect amount.

That is odd as mine is always off, and I have to remember for every item that it has to be turned on. I wonder why it is different on the same program but different companies? Workiz shouldn't this be the same throughout the program for all companies? Or does it change depending on the plan you are on?
