When we are offering the payment plans to the consumer, we first create an estimate. When we send the estimate to the consumer, the should click "Pre Qualify Now", which we instruct them to do, however 80% of the time they click the Approve button first because it's very large and pops up first. We then have to delete the estimate and resend. The entire sunbit process is very strenuous from start to finish and not user friendly at all. It needs more automation.
