We are needing a way to track when a tech arrives and departs all jobs throughout the day on the desktop when viewing the timeline schedule. This will assist with dispatch knowing how long the tech takes on each job type, if he is running behind or taking too long on any given job, etc. There is a "start" and "stop" option in the app the tech can use when he arrives and departs, but this does not show on the timeline view of the desktop schedule so it is very difficult to monitor tech's routes efficiently.
