Currently, all admins + any other category of members on Workiz get all text notifications that come through to Workiz. It’s too much. I want more control over who receives text message notifications.
THINGS WE NEED:
  • setting that shows the ad source of a new text message
  • settings for who on the team actually receives the notifications from which phone number
  • settings to let phone calls go to the crew instead of the office when they are scheduled/same day/custom hours
  • settings to let admins not get every text message notification
  • separate text message chains for whoever is responding
