Setting to assing technitian for Jessica

Have a tab or window where you can assign a technician on specific days and time, this will be very helpfully for our on call scheduler, we are a 24 hours plumbing company, with this we could get rid of our answering service company and use Jessica AI for our after hours.
Example.
Allow Jessica to assign lead to a technician on Mondays from 7PM to 7AM next days (maybe allow to assign more then 1 tech, we use 2 tech on-call every day)
This will be the flow, Customer call in after hours on Fridays, Jessica book the call assign the lead to the tech on call that days, automatic Jessica call the technician and sent him a message to the tech to let him now that is a new lead(only do the automation of calling an texting if the call is book after business hours)(if call is book during regular hours don't notify the tech)(the call is very important because most of the time the tech is sleeping and just a text won't work, a call and text will be ideal)
This is the flow we current have with our SAS company, Customer call in, collect information, if is a emergency call that needs service same day after hours, they will sent a text to the tech on call, the supervisor and owner. and will put a queue off calling the technician 2 times with 5 to 10 minutes difference, if not answering will call the supervisor 2 times with a 5 minutes difference, if not answer will call the owner. I think if you can make this to happen definitely more 24Hours service company will use Jessica for the after hours answering. Also allow Jessica to have different setting and greeting for regular business hours and after hours.
