Option to have the service plan visits be unscheduled, or have them be "Service Windows" instead of visits. We don't always know when we will be able to schedule them and it will reduce the amount of visits that appear on our main dispatch schedule.

In our old system, we had service windows and it would give us a range of what those would be. For example, we would have two different windows for A/C appointments and one for Furnace appointments. Those could be used to send reminders to schedule appointments.
