Service Plan Visits Unscheduled Option/Or Service Windows Instead of Visits

Option to have the service plan visits be unscheduled, or have them be "Service Windows" instead of visits. We don't always know when we will be able to schedule them and it will reduce the amount of visits that appear on our main dispatch schedule.
In our old system, we had service windows and it would give us a range of what those would be. For example, we would have two different windows for A/C appointments and one for Furnace appointments. Those could be used to send reminders to schedule appointments.

This is VERY IMPORTANT for us. When we sell a service plan, we sell it for a year, and the client can have a visit /job scheduled any time within that year. I need the service plan dates to be set outside of the visit date. I have no idea when the visit will be when I sell the plan.
