Service plan problems

It is impossible to use the service plan feature. Our main service is window washing and we have 4 service plans. For example, our plans are recurring cleanings throughout the year with Quarterly, BI-monthly, 4-month service, and 6-month service. The client chooses the option of how many times a year he wants to wash his windows. But the problem is that if we create a plan for one client, we cannot change the price for another client on this plan. Also, if we want to create another plan for another client, we cannot create a plan with the same name. We used other software before called Field Routes, And there we simply created 4 types of plans and there was a contract. We could add a client to this plan, change the price for him, collect card info, and the client could sign a contract all at the door. Essentially our recurring plans would just need custom prices depending on the customers house size.

You can now customize fields for a specific client when pulling in a template for a client. The original template will not be changed.

Hi Sergey Kutuzov, Maor from the product team. I understand the gaps and will see how can we address that in future iterations. For the time being, did you consider work with Custom service plans? This will give you full flexibilities on the prices and other description details

Hi Alexander
We have 10 sellers. And they usually work from an application on the phone, not from a computer. If we do not have templates for the plan, they will make mistakes every time. After all, every time you will have to fill in all the information and indicate the number of services. And it is inconvenient that the client immediately needs to pay for the plan, there must be some choice. Also, we cannot create plans with the same name.

Sergey Kutuzov We currently have 9 service plans with different pricing options and durations. Maybe it is an issue with your level of software subscription?
