Send check by mail option on estimates

Currently customers can not approve estimates without paying a deposit by credit card. Please create an option "Pay by Cash or Check" option where the customer is instructed to send us a check or drop off the payment at the office. Most of our customers pay by check or cash. They can not approve the estimate, making our sales process cumbersome

The option to let customers approve an estimate without having to pay by credit card but rather chose to 'Pay later' is supported.
