This is definitely needed!!

Overall search improvement is desperately needed. Even when I am searching for contact info correctly, I am 60/40 on if the results will return. A big improvement would be that the search functionality will pull from the CONTENTS of a lead of job. If there are critical key words that are in job notes, I should be able to search those and locate the jobs I need to find.
