Often times we are searching for clients and jobs by address. We should be able to type an address into the search bar and be able to look things up like that rather than having to search by client name.

This seems to be mostly an App issue. That main search bar for clients on the app should be able to search for both. There is a work around by clicking the little magnifying glass at the top right, but it should just be combined into one search

This is available in the desktop version. Just click the magnifying glass at the top-right of the screen.

Diane Temmen it doesn't work very well. If you type in only the street name for instance, it will not find the job. We have things like LKD-1250 and if you leave off the LKD- part, it will not find the 1250. This has been especially difficult with training a new hire, as they may put LKD 1250 and leave off the dash. We have had duplicate entries many times due to minor errors that would come up with most search tools in other programs. For instance in Quickbooks, I can search 1250 and it will pull up ANYTHING that has 1250 in it. Then I can decide if I need to be more specific to narrow the search results.
