Would be helpful to have the ability to save specific information for each property addresses within the same client (specifically commercial clients). Would be ideal for that info to then autofill when a new lead or job is created for them at that location. Ex: for property A, features to save and autofill:
  • name of the property (currently only saved in the "addresses" section of the client profile, would be nice to have stored in the job for field techs to see)
  • parking instructions
  • access instructions (for us: gate and unit codes, etc.)
  • POC for property
  • misc notes section
