Many of our customers assume their credit card is saved in our system after they pay the deposit using the link to confirm their booking. As a result, they often expect us to charge their card automatically once the job is completed.
However, when we call them to request the remaining payment, they often find it inconvenient to revisit the payment link and re-enter their card information.
It would be highly beneficial if we had an option to simply click a button that charges the card used for the deposit, without needing to store the full card details.
