Agreed and be able to move an estimate from one job to another or assign it after the fact.

Scott Assante^ THHIISSS - yes Scott. That would be so nice. We often send multiple estimates within a job and they get left there...only for the client to call back a few months later and want to take us up on one of them. Tedious to have to recreate the estimate within a new job a second time. This happens to us constantly.

I would like the option to revert a job back to a lead so that i can move it back to unscheduled. Or I would like the option for unscheduled jobs

Seems to be an easy fix, but we should be able to change leads that converted into jobs BACK into leads. It's not too irregular for us to get a job confirmed... then told they will have to reschedule for another time. Converting this back into a lead to separate from our regularly scheduled job would help.

This a big thing, its confusing to see leads and unscheduled jobs. I think it would be helpful to simply have the option to remove it from the schedule and create a column to keep all unscheduled in order of recently opened, similar to the history line across the top left. This might keep those "hanging" customers in sight and fresh in your follow up time.

SoHo Landscape in Tampa, FL agrees that only having real workable jobs are the only jobs that should be moving around on a calendar. Having flexible workflow is key to any white glove service offering.

Yes, when I move something into pending I want it off the schedule. It's fine when it's in-progress but if something is pending a delivery then it should be off the calendar until I reschedule it.

I agree, having the ability to change a scheduled job back to a lead or simply remove it from the calendar, would be extremely helpful in managing a job that needs to have parts ordered. Once the parts have been received, it can then be rescheduled.
