restocking feature for inventory

There should be a more efficient way to manage low-stock inventory and replenish items when stock orders are received. At the moment, although low-stock items can be filtered, the system does not clearly show how many units of each item need to be reordered. To find that information, staff must open and edit each individual line item just to view the minimum stock level and reorder quantity, which is time-consuming and inefficient.
A better solution would be for the system to generate a low-stock replenishment report or order list that clearly shows:
the current quantity on hand
the minimum stock level
the reorder/restocking quantity required
For example, if a thermal fuse has a minimum stock level of 20 and a reorder amount of 22, that required quantity should be visible directly in the low-stock list without needing to open the item manually.
This would make it much easier to review inventory shortages, prepare stock orders, and restock efficiently once an order is received.
To spice it up even more you could add a next step which would create a purchase order.

Beyond that, having a Tech Notification/ list of items that you have 0 van stock of. We are locksmiths so we have nearly 1000 items to keep up with. There are times that we have to make a 1hr round trip to get a key from our office because we didn't realize we were missing them so a place to quickly search we would be extremely helpful. It is very clunky trying to use the Web based version on mobile to search all your inventory when restocking, so if managers could mark a minimum number that's required per van and it notifies the tech when they are below that number, or at least makes a list of what's below that number' restocking would go much more smoothly and would free up time for more work.
