There should be a way to force the technicians to answer specific questions prior to leaving a job. Either on a check list or a custom field. It should flag the tech when they are trying to mark the job as "Done Pending Approval". That way they don't forgot to complete a task or answer a question before leaving. Right now it is only required when a job is marked as "Done". But our technicians can only mark a job "Done Pending Approval". Only the office has the option to mark a job as "Done". And the checklist can not be set to a specific job type. So if I need a specific area measured when doing a specific job type, I have no way to remind/force the tech to get that info before they leave the job.
