I’m finding it difficult to write long messages in the current text input field due to its small size. Would it be possible to make it larger or allow it to expand dynamically? This would greatly improve usability for longer responses.

THIS! All we need is a text area field that we can manually enlarge when needed. I also need this on the email composer when sending estimates etc.
