Request to Add Recurring Billing Option with ACH Auto-Pay

We would like to suggest adding a recurring billing feature that allows us to offer ongoing software/service plans to our customers with automatic payments.
It would be very helpful if this feature supports true subscription-style billing (monthly, quarterly, etc.) tied to a job, customer, or service plan. In addition, having the option for auto-pay via ACH (bank withdrawal), not just credit cards, would be extremely valuable for both us and our customers.
This would streamline collections, reduce manual invoicing, and improve customer retention for ongoing service agreements.

There should be a recurring billing thats not a service plan also. Should have the ability to tell an invoice like in QBO "The invoice is $400 a month, deuplicate the invoice automatically"

I agree! Had a customer that does not want to use his debit card and may lose that service plan due to not accepting ACH.

Yes. We do rentals and I've been begging for a way to manage this via WorkIz.

Yes! Absolutely this! We are small but busy and having the card on file is great, but would be wildly more effective if autopay existed.
