Dear Support Team,
I am writing to request several updates and enhancements to the reporting features within the system. These changes would significantly improve our ability to manage technicians, track job performance, and streamline our payroll processes.
Specifically, I would like to request the following:
Report Refresh/Update: Please ensure the reports are updated with the most current data available.
Active Technician Filter: Add a filter option to display only active technicians in the reports. This would simplify our technician management and resource allocation.
Expanded Job Information: Enhance the reports to include more detailed information about each job. This might include [Suggest specific data points you need, e.g., job start/end times, materials used, customer contact information, etc.].
Dual Technician Job Support: Currently, the system does not accurately account for jobs with two assigned technicians. This requires manual calculation and adjustment. Please implement a function to properly track and report data when two technicians are working on the same job.
Technician Balance/Payroll Enhancement: Our current reporting doesn't allow for tracking technician balances, particularly for piece-work compensation. I would like to have this feature update with salary automatically. The current reports do not provide an efficient way to update technician balances. It requires saving payroll information separately and manually deducting payments from the total, which is time-consuming, especially since our technicians are paid per job. An integrated system for updating technician balances and generating payroll reports would be extremely helpful.
I believe these enhancements would greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of our operations. I am available to provide further clarification or discuss these requests in more detail.
