Increase or remove limits on phone plans. No carrier charges this way anymore and neither do your competitors. We are a small company of only 3 techs and 1 admin and we are at our text limit with still a week left in our billing cycle. We don’t text each other through the app. We only automate appointment confirmation, on the way, call cancellation, and review requests. Feels like a money grab.
