refund transaction fees with client refunds

If we have to refund a client, we should also get the transaction fees refunded. Jobber.com does this. I understand the limits of the transaction processors, so this might just be a cost that workiz needs to absorb....either way, we would be very grateful.

I'd be much more concerned about positioning yourself in a way to where you do not need to refund clients. I guess it could be bad if it were a large job.

Josh Yount Thanks for the feedback. This sort of depends on the business model. Our jobs aren't large construction jobs with long/elaborate lead and design times. We need the quick capture of a job and the quick completion time. Plus we have large service areas; which takes "free walk throughs" off the table. With that understanding, cancellations are a risk for us.
