Currently, we're prioritizing Price Book items based on frequency of use to save you time. Does an automated 'most-used' sort solve the problem of rearranging the list for you? We are also considering applying this logic to categories - is that something you’d like to see? what is the mane issue you need help solving?

I would say ease of use for adding under specific categories. When going into the pricebook from the computer you can select the category you want. Example we do HVAC i have a repair category then inside repair i have 4 categories, heating repair, cooling repair, AIQ etc, inside those it breaks down farther. It should be laid out like this also when creating items for those categories. I should be able to click repair- heating - motors then be able to add all of my motor repair options while I’m inside that specific category. It’s currently clunky and makes you start from scratch for every item.

Ariel Weil Currently, it seems many of us are experiencing the same challenges with the Pricebook feature. The Pricebook is very cluttered, and locating items can be frustrating—especially when we’re working under time constraints in the field.
One of the biggest issues is that when a Pricebook item is enabled and a technician searches for it, all pricing options appear at once. This creates confusion, slows down the workflow, and takes away valuable time that should be spent explaining system issues and presenting recommendations to the customer.
1.Admin Level (Full Access):Designed for office staff or managers handling commercial jobs and rental properties, where technicians are typically not responsible for processing billing. This level would include full pricing visibility, editing rights, and access to advanced or customized pricing.
2.Technician Level (Basic/Flat Rate Only):Designed for field technicians who only need access to approved flat-rate pricing from the Pricebook. This would reduce confusion, speed up item selection, and improve the customer experience during service visits.
Implementing a two-level Pricebook structure would improve efficiency, reduce billing mistakes, and allow technicians to stay focused on customer communication instead of sorting through multiple pricing options.Thank you for considering this improvement.

It would help but some of my franchise owners like to have the Pricebook to their specific location. So the custom rearrange would be best.

That would be some much easier

Yes, this is a time saver. I also need to rearrange the items in item groups.

Yes!! This is very important.. I would love to have this feature…

Hugely needed, also the ability to mass import our own pricebook by csv without having to send it to Workiz support and waiting weeks for turnaround would be nice.
