Agreed, the fact that you can’t edit plans is extremely frustrating. Also not being able to add them to an already existing invoice is frustrating as well. These things need to have much more flexibility. For example our yearly plan is $198. I did a promo rate of $160 instead of allowing me to show a first year discount then keep on renew back to standard price i had to create an entirely new promo plan set to 1 year. Now all of the promo plans i signed up will have to be resigned at the end of the year to adjust to original pricing. This is creating a friction point in the process and also certainly going to have a higher churn rate because of this. Service plans need to be much more flexible in Workiz since they are often upsell add on/value add for the business. Often times just included or discounted just to get people signed up.
