Quickbooks Integration Improvment

This integration is really not great. It's almost not worth using and we are considering turning off the integration and exporting the data manually. Here are some frequent issues:
-About 90% of the time, Payments & Invoices aren't "linked" on the Quickbooks side. I have to go into the invoices and click "Receive" payment in order to apply the payment to the invoice.
-Payment entries are sometimes duplicated - entered twice on the Quickbooks side.
- Even though I have checked "Sync Extra Job Field", and created a class dropdown, that class is not mapping appropriately to Quickbooks. We still have to manually class every invoice.
- If an invoice is updated in Workiz after creation, the updated information does not automatically sync to Quickbooks. Sometimes I can't even get it to sync manually.
I reconcile weekly and have to spend about an 30-60 minutes each time fixing these issues.

Recent changes made by Workiz ads a bunch of additional digits to invoice #s when syncing making them unrecognizable to our clients when we send out Statements. Please remove this or give us statement capabilities in Workiz. This causes major issues for us.

We had to stop using it. The accounting and reconciliation issues it caused on the QBO side were not worth it. We ended up having to pay our CPA to fix the QBO side.

Just bumping this again... Bookkeeping services a pain in the rear due to poor/unreliable syncing from Workiz to Quickbooks... please prioritize better quickbooks sync!

DITTO. We are experiencing the same issues, and these Workiz-QBO integration issues have been a moving target since we started using 2 years ago. Waste. Of. Time.

QB fixed this issue for me yesterday actually. In your advanced settings in QBO, go to the Advanced settings section, and make sure "Automatically apply bill payments", and "Automatically apply credits" are both activated. Seemed to be a QB issue for me and now a Workiz issue. Good luck!

We're in the same boat as many others expressing concerns here. We have recently been bumped up in bookkeeping services simply because of the level of headaches they have to go through to reconcile from the poor Workiz - Quickbooks connections.

I agree with the problems with linking payments & invoices. It's quite annoying having to do that.
As well as the invoices updating. Maybe they should make it auto update when something on the invoice is changed or when a payment is added, to sync the invoice again?

Agreed. The sync is far from perfect.

Its terrible. A big part of it is workiz allows you to accept payment even without an invoice or estimate. That has caused a huge reconcilliation issue for us
