QBO <> Workiz Sync Issues - Service Plans

Invoices for Service Plans are not syncing to QBO if no payment has been paid. This distorts the QBO Aging Report so we are unable to get an accurate list of past due invoices.
For example, we have customers that have not updated their credit card thus leaving a service plan invoice open with a balance due. These invoices must be manually synced to QBO. Seems like I spend a LOT of time manually making the Workiz and QBO accounts match!
