We should have a better organized price book, such as Tasks ( Services), Equipment and then Materials in separate areas. Then have the ability to sync material to equipment and services. There is a very long work around to accommodate this at this time however it’s not efficient or effective. The job costing side of the software is not very good, we should be able to add labor hours directly to equipment, and services to add to the job cost side of things. I do not want a labor task for every estimate. Needs to be built in on the back end. With our billable billing rate. Also we need to have an easier way to do mass pricing updates. The hours to the item would be super crucial for this part. Also for equipment and materials we should have those items attached to specific vendors. This platform can be so much powerful for selling and job costing appropriately.
