Performance-Based Pay Option

We would appreciate the ability to add a performance-based pay option for technicians. For example, if a technician sells over $500, they receive a $25 bonus, and if they sell over $1,000, they receive a $50 bonus.
Currently, adding a fixed dollar amount applies the payment per item, which does not make sense for our use case. For instance, if a job totals $1,000 and includes five items, the system would incorrectly calculate a $250 payout. We are looking for a structure based on total job value or sales thresholds, not per item.

Boaz, Here’s what’s happening:
We set up a Performance Pay rule intended to pay a $50 bonus for any job over $1,000. Instead of applying $50 once per qualifying job, the system is paying $50 per line item on the invoice. On a recent $1,100 job with 11 items, the tech was paid $550 11x what was intended.
Tier 2 support confirmed it pays per item, not per job total, but wasn’t able to explain how to set it up correctly to trigger once per qualifying job. I’m hopping I can get a phone call from workiz instead of using this chat. That will be helpful

This is currently supported in Performance Pay (I saw it's enabled and used in your account).
I’ve attached two screenshots showing how to set it up.
Once configured, these commissions will apply to every tech assigned to the job.
