I’d like to suggest a feature for invoices. It would be very helpful to have a section that stores all invoices sent to clients in PDF format. This would allow us to easily revisit and resend the exact invoice that was originally sent to the customer.

Having access to these records would help when customers call back for follow-ups or request copies for tax or record-keeping purposes. It would also ensure that the invoice shows the correct date, along with the terms and conditions that the customer agreed to before paying for the service.
