We apparently can't have client portals with our acct. In lieu of that, we should be able to send all invoices in a single link or download to a client, as well as apply 1 payment to multiple invoices selected.

I see that a customer can pay for multiple invoices at once through the customer portal.
When I receive a check at the office for multiple payments, how can I record it from the administrative standpoint?

Hi Diane! I have to do this as well. Pull up the first invoice, add a payment, change the method to check and put in the check number as the confirmation code. Then do the same for any additional invoices using the same check number.

Jill - But that doesn't sync over to QuickBooks as one check to match in my deposit. We need to be able to enter 1 check and select multiple invoices and the amount applied to each invoice.

Especially the 1 payment for multiple invoices. Would make life a 1000% easier.

The option to make a bulk payment will appear in the client portal when a client has two or more unpaid invoices.

I see this is marked as complete. I go into my client page and my invoices page and there is nowhere to enter a a check amount or select multiple invoice to pay at once! Is this actually complete?

This is an absolute must have. We have many clients who pay multiple invoices with a single check, and having to go into like 10 invoices and record the payment from a single check, is a huge waste of time. We should be able to go to the client record, enter the check amount, and check off which invoices were paid, and record the payment. Seems like this has been "in-progress" for a long time!
