Current format of receipt is too generic. It looks like a casually typed email. It contains no company information, no job details, does not even contain customers last name or property address. Receipt format needs to be updated, or there needs to be an option to mark an invoice "Paid" for the customer.

Agreed, and might I add that it would be beneficial to be able to customize receipts just like we do invoices, with the option to add custom fields from the job on the receipt.

All forms we send to clients it’s face of our business. 
If we send not informational forms customers will begin to perceive us and our services as unprofessional.  which ultimately leads to a loss of trust in the service company using workiz.
We had a lot of questions from our clients why our receipts don’t have 
Logo 
Company phone
Address 
Email 
Web address 
Customer name etc….
They can’t get reimbursement from home warranty companies by showing our invoice and receipt. 
We are losing our reputation and customers.
Please do it ASAP!!!!

Also, I receive some checks, deposit and than later in the week when I have some time i go back to clean up the outstanding invoices. As of now, if I put the payment type and dollar amount it records as the date that I did that and it doesnt give me an option to select when the payment was actually made.

Also some of my contract work direct deposits and I dont have an option for ACH under payment types.

Completely agree! I was going to submit a feature request for this very thing today. We need this ASAP. If customer pays by credit card, it would also be helpful for the receipt to show the last 4 digits of the card on the receipt. Our customers are asking for this.

I would agree with this. Along with this, when you send a paid invoice, there is nothing in the invoice that shows the payments. It only shows the total, and then the amount due of $0.00. Almost every customer asks why the invoice does not show as being paid with the amount paid on it.
